patpkr Terms & Conditions

Throughout these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

• "Platform" / "patpkr" refers to the website located at patpkr.org, including all associated mobile-optimised interfaces, subdomains, and services operated thereunder.
• "Player" / "User" / "you" refers to any natural person who accesses the Platform, whether registered or unregistered.
• "Account" means the personal registered account created by a User on the Platform following successful registration and age verification.
• "Real Money Balance" refers to funds deposited by the Player from their own PKR-denominated accounts via accepted payment methods, held within the Player's patpkr wallet.
• "Bonus Balance" refers to promotional credits, free spins value, or matched funds credited to a Player's account under a specific promotional offer subject to wagering requirements.
• "Wager" / "Bet" refers to any real-money stake placed on any game, event, or market offered on the Platform.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) refers to the identity and age verification process mandated before withdrawal of funds or when triggered by compliance review.
• "PKR" refers to Pakistani Rupees, the primary transactional currency of the Platform.

References to the singular include the plural and vice versa. Clause headings are for navigation convenience only and do not affect interpretation. Where any conflict arises between these Terms and any promotional terms published on the Platform, the promotional terms shall govern solely with respect to that specific promotion.

To be eligible to register and use the patpkr Platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age.
• You are a natural person (corporate registrations are not permitted).
• You are registering on your own behalf, not on behalf of any third party.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from the patpkr Platform or had an account closed for violations of these Terms.
• You are not an employee, contractor, director, or close family member of an employee of patpkr or its technology, payment, or gaming software partners.
• You are not accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited by local law. It is your sole responsibility to determine the legality of online gaming in your jurisdiction before registering.

Each person may register only one patpkr account. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances therein.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information, including your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid contact method. Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information during registration constitutes grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds. patpkr reserves the right to request documentary evidence to verify registration details at any stage.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your patpkr account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes associated with your account. patpkr will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other channel. Do not share your credentials with any third party under any circumstances.

You must notify patpkr's support team immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorisation. Until such notification is received and the account is secured, patpkr accepts no liability for any losses arising from unauthorised access caused by your failure to maintain credential security.

Account obligations include but are not limited to:

• Keeping your registered contact information (email address, phone number) current and accurate at all times.
• Completing KYC verification when requested. Failure to complete KYC within the stipulated period may result in withdrawal restriction or account suspension.
• Not using the Platform for any purpose other than personal recreational gaming.
• Not using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to access or interact with the Platform in any way.
• Not accessing the Platform via a VPN, proxy, or any other IP-masking technology for the purpose of circumventing geographic restrictions or concealing your true location.

patpkr accounts are non-transferable. Selling, transferring, or assigning your account or any balance within it to another person is strictly forbidden and constitutes grounds for permanent closure of the account and forfeiture of funds.

patpkr accepts deposits via the following payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL Online Banking, UBL Online Banking, Meezan Bank, Allied Bank, SadaPay, and USDT TRC20. Minimum and maximum deposit limits per method are displayed in the cashier section at the time of transaction and are subject to change at patpkr's discretion.

Key deposit and withdrawal conditions include:

• Deposits are credited to your patpkr wallet within 60 seconds for JazzCash and EasyPaisa, and within standard banking hours for bank transfer methods.
• Only payment methods registered in your own name may be used. Third-party deposits and withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, where technically feasible, as part of patpkr's anti-money-laundering controls.
• All withdrawals are subject to a KYC review. Players who have not completed identity verification may have withdrawals held pending completion of the verification process.
• patpkr targets withdrawal processing within 24 hours of approval. Actual receipt times depend on the receiving payment provider and may vary.
• patpkr does not charge Player-side withdrawal fees. However, your payment provider may apply their own service charges; patpkr has no control over these.
• patpkr reserves the right to perform enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests above certain thresholds and to request supporting documentation before processing.

Any deposits made to a patpkr account are non-refundable once wagering activity has commenced, except as required by applicable law or where a verified technical error on patpkr's part resulted in an incorrect credit.

patpkr offers a range of promotional offers to registered Players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and PSL cricket betting promotions. All bonus offers are subject to the following general conditions in addition to any specific terms published with each individual promotion:

• Bonus offers are available to Players who have completed registration and, where applicable, have made a qualifying deposit of the stated minimum amount using an eligible payment method.
• All bonus credits are subject to wagering requirements, which specify the number of times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount, as stated per offer) must be wagered before a withdrawal of any associated winnings can be requested.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period stated for each bonus. Bonus credits and any associated winnings remaining at expiry are forfeited automatically.
• Games may contribute to wagering requirements at different rates. Live casino games typically contribute at a lower rate than slots. Specific contribution rates are published in each promotion's individual terms.
• patpkr does not alter wagering requirements or expiry dates on bonus offers after a Player has opted in and the bonus has been credited to their account.
• Bonuses are intended for recreational use by individual Players. patpkr reserves the right to withdraw or reclaim bonus credits where there is evidence of bonus abuse, collusion, or systematic exploitation of promotional terms.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per Player, per household, and per device. Attempting to claim a welcome bonus more than once through multiple accounts constitutes bonus abuse and a breach of these Terms.

All games and betting markets available on patpkr are governed by individual game rules published within each game's interface or within the sportsbook market information panels. In the event of any conflict between game-specific rules and these general Terms, the game-specific rules shall prevail for that particular game or market.

• All wagers are final once confirmed. Wagers cannot be cancelled or amended by the Player after confirmation except where the Platform explicitly provides a cash-out or bet-edit facility for a specific market.
• patpkr uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all digital games. RNG certification is conducted by independent third-party testing laboratories and ensures that game outcomes are statistically random and not influenced by previous results.
• In the event of a disconnection during a game round, patpkr's systems will complete the game round automatically in accordance with the game provider's logic. Results from completed rounds will be credited or debited to your account once the round resolves, regardless of disconnection.
• patpkr reserves the right to void any wager that was placed based on a clearly erroneous price or odds that were published as a result of a technical error. Where a void is declared, the staked amount is returned to the Player's real money balance.
• Maximum bet limits apply per game and per market. These limits are displayed within each game's information panel or within the sportsbook interface and are enforced automatically by the system.
• PSL cricket and other sportsbook markets are subject to separate Sports Betting Rules published in the sportsbook section of the Platform. In-play betting markets are subject to additional in-play rules governing settlement based on official match results.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the patpkr Platform:

• Registering more than one account, whether under your own identity or any other identity.
• Providing false, fabricated, or borrowed identity information at any stage, including during registration, KYC, or promotional opt-in.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime. All suspicious transactions are reported to relevant authorities as required under our licensing obligations.
• Using automated scripts, bots, artificial intelligence tools, or any third-party software designed to gain an unfair advantage over other players or over the Platform's house edge.
• Colluding with other Players in poker, live table games, or any other multi-player environment to gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting bugs, glitches, or technical errors in the Platform software for financial gain. Any winnings generated through known or suspected software errors must be reported immediately and are subject to reversal pending investigation.
• Accessing the Platform through a VPN or proxy to circumvent geographic restrictions, account restrictions, or responsible gaming controls.
• Engaging in any form of harassment, abusive language, or threatening behaviour toward patpkr staff or other Players via the live chat or any other Platform communication channel.
• Allowing or facilitating access to your account by any third party, including family members, friends, or agents.

All content on the patpkr Platform — including but not limited to the patpkr name, logo, website design, game interfaces, text, graphics, data compilations, odds calculations, software code, and all other materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of patpkr or is used by patpkr under valid licence from the respective rights holders.

Your use of the patpkr Platform grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal recreational purposes only. This licence does not grant you any right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, transmit, broadcast, publish, or create derivative works from any Platform content.
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data or odds information from the Platform for any commercial purpose.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software component of the Platform.
• Use the patpkr name, logo, or brand assets in any external communication, social media post, or commercial context without prior written consent from patpkr.

Any unauthorised use of patpkr's intellectual property may constitute an infringement of applicable intellectual property laws and will be pursued accordingly.

To the fullest extent permitted under applicable law, patpkr's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with their use of the Platform — whether arising in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Player in the 30-day calendar period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

patpkr accepts no liability whatsoever for:

• Any indirect, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary loss or damage arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
• Loss of profits, loss of opportunity, loss of data, or any economic loss not directly and foreseeably caused by a verified error on patpkr's part.
• Interruptions to Platform availability caused by scheduled maintenance, emergency maintenance, third-party service disruptions, telecommunications failures, or force majeure events.
• Any loss arising from a Player's failure to maintain account security, including but not limited to losses attributable to unauthorised access to an account where patpkr was not notified promptly.
• Any loss arising from a Player's reliance on game result histories, odds information, or statistical data displayed on the Platform for purposes other than placing a single wager.

patpkr's responsible gaming framework includes the following player-controlled tools, all accessible directly from the account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps. Limit reductions take effect immediately. Limit increases require a 24-hour cooling period before activation.
• Loss Limits: Set a maximum net loss threshold per day, week, or month. Once reached, further real-money wagering is suspended until the next period.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive on-screen notifications after your chosen session duration to prompt a review of your play.
• Cool-Off Periods: Take a break from gambling for a defined period (24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days) without permanently closing your account. Access to the Platform is suspended for the chosen period.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from the patpkr Platform. Self-exclusion is irreversible for a minimum of six months. Requests submitted to the support team take effect within 24 hours at the latest, and typically immediately.

patpkr reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Provision of false, misleading, or unverifiable identity information.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, collusion, or any other form of criminal activity.
• Failure to complete mandatory KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Identification of the account holder as a minor (under 21 years of age).
• Receipt of a valid self-exclusion request from the account holder.
• A binding legal or regulatory requirement to close the account.

Upon account closure, patpkr will return any verified real money balance to the Player via their registered payment method within a reasonable period, subject to satisfaction of KYC requirements and provided no fraud or breach of these Terms is under investigation. Bonus balances are not returned upon account closure.

Players may close their own account voluntarily at any time by contacting patpkr's support team via live chat. Voluntary closure requests are processed within 24 hours.

patpkr reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, patpkr will notify registered Players via a notification displayed upon next login to the Platform, and where applicable, via the registered contact method on file.

Updated Terms will be published on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the patpkr Platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact our support team to initiate account closure.

patpkr will not reduce Player rights under these Terms without providing reasonable advance notice and, where required by our licensing obligations, obtaining regulatory approval before implementing the change.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which patpkr holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms or your use of the patpkr Platform shall first be submitted to patpkr's internal dispute resolution process before any formal proceedings are initiated.

To initiate a dispute, Players must:

• Contact patpkr's support team via live chat or by email at [email protected] (plain text — not a clickable link).
• Provide your registered account username, a detailed description of the dispute, and any supporting evidence.
• Allow patpkr a period of 14 business days to investigate and respond with a formal determination.

If the internal dispute resolution process does not produce a satisfactory outcome, the Player may escalate the matter to the relevant dispute resolution body specified under patpkr's gaming licence. Details of this escalation pathway are available from the patpkr support team.

Nothing in this clause limits a Player's statutory rights under applicable consumer protection legislation in their jurisdiction of residence.
